Registration and Adding Autodesk Software

Registration and Software Addition Procedure
Signing in and Creating an Account
- Click on "Sign in."
- At the bottom of the "Sign in" window, find the small link "Create account" and click it.
- In the "Create your account" window, enter your email in the format: , check the consent box, and click "Next."
Signing in via VŠB-TUO
- On the VŠB-TUO login page (with a photo of the Rectorate), fill in login details on the right:
- Sign in.
Selecting Software
- After successful login, click "Student" in the top black section of the page in the last row.
- Click "Request or renew access," then "Select product."
- Choose "AutoCAD" and click "Select."
Filling in Personal and School Information
- Role: Student
- Date of birth: in MM/DD/YYYY format. IMPORTANT: Enter the month first (01–12).
- Confirm and continue filling in school information:
- Country: Czech Republic
- School type: University
- Address: Start typing "17. listopadu 2172," the autocomplete will suggest the full address "17. listopadu 2172/15, 708 00 Ostrava." Select it to automatically fill city and postal code fields.
- Website: www.vsb.cz
- Expected graduation date: MM/YYYY (e.g., 1st year Bachelor's in academic year 25/26 would be 06/29)
- Check the box to confirm the accuracy of information.
- Click "Submit" on the right.
- Also select other software you need for study like Revit, Civil 3D, and resubmit your data if needed. (This can be done anytime in Autodesk account settings.)
Using the Software
- After completing registration, you can start using AutoCAD. Access to installation files may be delayed by several hours.
- When finishing work in AutoCAD, remember to log out by clicking the light blue silhouette icon.
- Also log out from the Autodesk website in your browser.
- If you do not log out, after several logins your licenses will be exhausted and you won't be able to log in again on those computers without logging out first.
