Summary
Improvement of parity of conditions in housing issue in relationship to inconvenienced inhabitants groups focusing on seniors and persons with
limited movement and orientation abilities (disabled) is a main aim of this project. Such housing influences the life quality distinctly, housing express
social and cultural society standard. Discovering of sustainable housing ways is one of the contemporary trends. The project solves and detail
conveys readjustment of housing development (with emphasis on own flat) for above inhabitants groups without necessity of special devices
construction or flats treatments with extreme claims to layouts of residential buildings. Due to specifics of users, more education of construction
operative persons is very important as well.
